If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would My experience at Quick Lane in Ashland, KY was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I originally came in for a simple oil change and also mentioned a slow leak in my right rear tire. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the staff seemed far more focused on upselling me on services and things they claimed I "needed" than actually fixing the problem I came in for and sitting and dipping and spitting it into a Mountain Dew bottle while talking to me. I've honestly had way too many negative interactions with this dealership to count, simply put, they drag their feet on trade payoffs and on submitting integral paperwork back to Ford, looking back, they also counted the incentives I was receiving from Ford as money towards my trade (I was told I was getting $45,000, they only gave me $40,000, a trade offer of $45,000 was also listed on the call sheet I signed). Purchased a vehicle in the middle of October and was told we had a bumper to bumper warranty and that warranty would pay to fix basically anything. We have had several issues and have made 3 trips to the Service Center, still nothing has been fixed! Last week we were told to bring it in and they would fix it, we took it in and they acted like they fixed a few things but, it’s not fixed!
