Come to this location For service. It's easier to get to for most of the city, the staff are kind and the service department really knows what they're doing. I trust them and feel like they're more accountable than other Volvo locations. They're quick, clean, and knowledgeable.

Robert was my service person who handled the repairs after my accident, he was consistent in updating the repair process and keeping me informed of details. He was professional and friendly.

Volvo Cars of Santa Monica provides excellent customer service at all points of contact (sales, service, repairs, etc.). We live in the San Gabriel Vally and drive to Santa Monica because of their service (our local Volvo dealer is dishonest and rude). At my last service appointment, they were running late and had a small miscommunication about when my car would be ready. Kylon was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I cannot thank him enough for answering all my questions as fast as he did, gave me numbers, information and was professional along the whole process. Service Advisor Robert is communicative and transparent. Seems to be a trait from personal ethics and not just doing his job. Don't let the small service department keep you away. I went to a luxurious one for many years and this place does not even come close on their customer servicese/support. Lili was also incredible on even the smallest touch of the car wash. Her personality and vibrancy are contagious.

Kudos to Robert Munoz and his maintenance team. I was a little surprised that the cooling system doesn't work and engine light is on after just half a year. So I scheduled the earlier available time here to get it checked. Robert offered me a rental car during the maintenance time and took care of my car gracefully. Right now, the cooling system works well and I could feel the brake is more tight and more smoothly when I want to stop the car.
