I have a leased Volvo XC40, which I love! Although I did not buy it at Volvo Santa Monica, I take it there for the regular servicing. I can't say enough good about this place. You can make your appointment online, you can have a phone phone call to remind you of the appointment, they get you in immediately, every single one of them are as nice and friendly and helpful as you can imagine, they wash your car inside and out, and they do the service in record time. This was my fourth car buying experience and by far the best one. I went in to look at the gas XC90 but went with the PHEV XC90 after test driving both. Afshar (aka David) was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Brian made the paperwork a breeze. They gave me a good deal on a car I love. Thank you!

My Volvo XC 60 was in the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and a yearly check and Klaus took care of it quickly. He is always attentive to how much time it will take to work in the car so I'm able to return to work and keeps me updated about the progress throughout the day. My car runs beautifully and best of all, it was freshly washed when I picked it up! Thanks Klaus...for your professionalism and courtesy!

The team at this facility's work ethic and customer service is above and beyond! The service advisor Robert was extremely diligent on making me feel comfortable and being transparent with repairs. He also accommodated me with transportation to and from their facility, which made the whole process very easy.. I would recommend them for service to everyone with the Volvo!

I can't say enough goo things about Volvo Santa Monica's service department. We've been taking both our Volvo's there for more than a decade.
