Robert and Anthony were a big help in getting my 40k service done on a Saturday. I called to make my appointment ahead of time and they were able to fit me in. I was walked through by video on what items I needed on my car and everything was transparent. Reasonably priced and efficient work. They even washed my car like I went to a professional carwash place. Excellent customer service every time I go there .

I scheduled a same-day service appointment and was in and out of the dealership in an hour for an oil change. I was initially quoted with approximately 2-3 hr wait but my service advisor worked his magic and expedited my service visit. I was impressed by all of the staff's professionalism along with the cleanliness of the dealership. To top it off, the complimentary car wash really put the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this dealership!

I just bought my 2021 S60 from Eric. I had a great experience at this dealership which is very rare since all my past experiences in buying a car was terrible. He was willing to work with me with the price and gave me a nice deal. On top of that all the people in this dealership were exceptionally nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this place and definitely would get my next car from Eric.

I had a very good, efficient, and surprisingly easy time getting much-needed repair work done on my car due to rodent damage. I had over $13,000 of damage and luckily my insurance covered it so I only had to pay the deductible. Klaus in the service department was easy to work with and understood our needs. He was communicative throughout the process and was able to get me loaner, when I found out my insurance did not cover rentals. Very pleased with Volvo of Santa Monica Service Dept.

I've always had a great experience getting my XC40 serviced at Volvo Santa Monica. I've been going there since 2021. The prices are high for services, but this is a Volvo after all. I get a lot of transparency with what needs repairs on my car and what can wait. Just today, I had my car picked up from my home to have the brakes inspected. I have a leased Volvo XC40, which I love! Although I did not buy it at Volvo Santa Monica, I take it there for the regular servicing. I can't say enough good about this place. You can make your appointment online, you can have a phone phone call to remind you of the appointment, they get you in immediately, every single one of them are as nice and friendly and helpful as you can imagine, they wash your car inside and out, and they do the service in record time. This was my fourth car buying experience and by far the best one. I went in to look at the gas XC90 but went with the PHEV XC90 after test driving both. Afshar (aka David) was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Brian made the paperwork a breeze. They gave me a good deal on a car I love. Thank you!
