I leased my first Volvo in 2020 from Santa Monica. I'm a lease guy and pushing 40 so I've been through a few car buying experiences. Jesus knocked it out of the park. That's twice in a row. I met Jesus in 2022 just as he was starting out at the dealership. It was my first time at the Santa Monica dealer too. Last year he got me into an XC60 - a perfect fit for my wife and I. With a new addition to our family, we needed to upgrade to an XC90. Mission accomplished. Needed to take my car in for regular service. It couldn't have been easier! And I got reminders by text and email. Robert was very friendly and thorough.he kept me posted the whole time. I would definitely go back for any service.
I always have my Volvo serviced here and have received excellent care and honest prices. Bob, Johnny and Klaus and the guys to trust. They even saved me a fortune when my remote quit working and instead of charging me for a new one, they simply replaced the battery for a cool $6! Love these guys -- always dependable...and been coming here for years.

I needed a new key fob and had to drive 25 miles to Santa Monica because my local volvo dealer and changed to BMW service. Robert texted me right at the appointment time to let me know what the plan would be. I waited in a really confy lounge with several updates on my service. Robert is professional and considerate. 25 miles is worth it for such good service.
Staff there is surprisingly nice and helpful as car dealerships go. I felt they were honest and straightforward when we leased our daughter an XC40. Jesus was a standout for his knowledge of not only Volvos but cars in general.
I was looking for a car after moving to LA and Saad at Volvo Santa Monica made my search very easy! He was highly knowledgeable about the various cars and was patient with me and all my questions. He went above and beyond in taking care of me and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!
My coolant was super low and I drove my car in and asked them how long it would take to fix it. I was told it would take maybe a day, but then Robert was so kind as to fix it right there on the spot! Thank you so much Robert. Highly recommend asking for him.
