My Volvo XC 60 was in the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and a yearly check and Klaus took care of it quickly. He is always attentive to how much time it will take to work in the car so I'm able to return to work and keeps me updated about the progress throughout the day. My car runs beautifully and best of all, it was freshly washed when I picked it up! Thanks Klaus...for your professionalism and courtesy!

This dealership deserves all the praise in the world and was a breath of fresh air to work with when selecting a new Volvo. The team at this facility's work ethic and customer service is above and beyond! The service advisor Robert was extremely diligent on making me feel comfortable and being transparent with repairs. He also accommodated me with transportation to and from their facility, which made the whole process very easy.. I would recommend them for service to everyone with the Volvo!

I can't say enough goo things about Volvo Santa Monica's service department. We've been taking both our Volvo's there for more than a decade. Jesus knocked it out of the park. That's twice in a row. I met Jesus in 2022 just as he was starting out at the dealership. It was my first time at the Santa Monica dealer too.
