i have had a lot of problems with my second Volvo C40. Specifically roof antena/ spoiler manufacturer issue due to poor quality Chinese part causing rattling noises and car vibration. Volvo company was not very helpful and defensive. Initially Volvo recommended tape to fix the problem: it did not work. Went to Santa Monica Volvo and they replaced defective part; car drives like new. Klaus who is a service advisor is very helpful and friendly. Technician knew immediately what was the problem.
