Exceptional! Thayer was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Throughout the shopping and buying experience he addressed all our needs, answered all our questions, encouraged us as we navigated the loan application process and made certain when I finally drove away I was confident and comfortable. We had an amazing experience with Thayer. He wasn't pushy at all, but was super warm and knowledgeable. He knows just about anything you could ever want to know about Volvo. We were actively seeking to purchase and had been to several dealerships before visiting Thayer at Volvo in Santa Monica. We were shocked at how little the other sales reps knew about the cars we were driving. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door walking out the same day with my car! I worked with Francisco and he was straight forward, professional, kind and worked hard to get the deal I wanted.
