I recently suffered some health issues and was not able to get my routine appointments for service. I decided to stop in to see if I could get an appointment and Albert promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day . I arrived timely the next morning (today) and received great and prompt service. I had a great experience at Toyota or Berkeley! I was helped by Jas who was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at but not pushy & I ended up buying a Prius that I love. Definitely recommend this dealership.

We found a great deal on a Tacoma through the CARFAX website. We phoned Toyota of Berkeley before their hours and left a message. Jaswinder (Jas) Singh was quick to return our call and schedule us an appointment to see the truck. JD Zhou in the service department and Technician Juan has been the best and most professional in taking care of my Lexus GX. They went out of their way to get everything done on time and made sure I got the most and up to date service. I came in for my 60k service and I will only come back to them for my 90k service. Frustrated by a "waiter appointment" that took three hours of waiting. But the situation was made better by Alberte, who patiently waited with me, missing lunch. I ended up feeling that the time was well spent.
