I never, ever leave reviews...ever. I recently suffered some health issues and was not able to get my routine appointments for service. I decided to stop in to see if I could get an appointment and Albert promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day . We found a great deal on a Tacoma through the CARFAX website. We phoned Toyota of Berkeley before their hours and left a message. JD Zhou in the service department and Technician Juan has been the best and most professional in taking care of my Lexus GX. They went out of their way to get everything done on time and made sure I got the most and up to date service. I came in for my 60k service and I will only come back to them for my 90k service.
