I had a flat tire on my way home from work and am elderly. Alberto the assistant manager and the manager were just wonderful! Instead of me calling AAA and waiting forever for them to arrive they told me they would fix it. They fixed it soon after and Didn't charge me!! I will return to buy a car from them. They were so Very nice to me. I was able to cross the bridge and get home just before dark. Thank you Toyota of Berkeley

Recently bought a used car last week since I've been shopping around for one for a few months. Set up an appointment to check out a 2018 Corolla. Delila helped show me the car and set up a test drive to demo the vehicle. She was super nice and it didn't feel like I was talking to a salesperson looking to push product. With my first appointment with a sales rep being a complete joke (the guy knew I was coming and left before I even arrived even though I drove 30miles to see a car with him) I really didn't wanna come back. They had I car I was Interested in so I gave it another shot. The sales rep that helped me was Deliah (I don't think that's how you spell it but you get it) and she was awesome. Great service. Our sales person Jas was very helpful and worked with us in getting a nice 4runner. The managers Rudy and Jose were sincere and threw in some nice gifts with the sale. I highly recommend this location and had a good experience throughout the whole process.

I highly recommend working with Delila! She helped me set up my lease buyout and made the entire process straight forward and easy. She is very responsive and answered all my questions. I first dealt with Simon over at the Toyota Shattuck location and he was patronizing, wouldn't give me a clear answer on warranty costs until I repeatedly asked, and overall seemed not trustworthy. My catalytic converter was stolen and Toyota replaced the part & fixed my car within a week of the incident. Very fast and reliable service. I have been getting my Prius serviced here for years and it's always a great experience. Special thanks to JD who helped answer all my questions and Alberte who was incredibly nice and helped me with payment earlier today.

Albert in service was so helpful. Had a shield under my car fall off and he used one of my services that were complimentary with my new car so the repair was free of charge. They fit me in on the same day and everything was so seamless. Thank you!
