I popped in to see what used car options were available. Lucas greeted me at the entrance and was so gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. I barely knew what I wanted and wasn't even sure if I wanted to buy a car. He brought me to his computer to show me the options and we worked together to narrow it down to a 2016 Prius Two Eco with 25,000 miles. Reliable. Reasonable. Today, there was a message on my dashboard this afternoon saying that my key fob had a low battery. I headed to the Albany Toyota. Got there a couple of minutes after 6:00. The very kind man in the parts department opened up and changed my fob's battery in no time. Very grateful to have his help!

Great customer service and an easy in and out location (across from the old horse track.). For the life of me I couldn't unclip my lightbulbs to replace. So I stopped by my regular service spot and asked for a tutorial. They were nice enough to come out and help. They have never let me down. Thanks guys!
