I recently purchased a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid at Toyota of Berkeley. Miguel Landeros, the sales associate I worked with, did an outstanding job. His professional, patient and friendly style made the whole experience feel smooth and unintimidating. He answered all my questions thoroughly and directly, which built trust right off the bat. He was also very flexible in accommodating my schedule - a big help since I work full-time. Miguel and the folks at Berkeley are a great team - highly recommended!

Miguel & Delilah were very accommodating and I really enjoyed their quality customer service! I came to look for a car last Saturday & really liked one of them. Miguel Landeros is THE BEST!! He helped me look at all of the different cars and he was so helpful throughout the entire experience! He has an amazing sense of humor and he will help you with any questions from the initial look of the vehicle to the signing of the vehicle! Simon greeted me when I came in and asked if I had an appointment. Saturday is busy for them. I explained that I'm handicapped and my wife I just dropped off at emergency. He was very helpful. As a veteran and regular customer, he took care of me right away. I was so grateful for that as I have to go pick up my wife at the hospital. I didn't have an appointment but called anyway- the service advisor said to bring my car in ASAP because they had time to check it out- they had my issue resolved in 20 minutes and didn't charge us a penny- what more needs to be said? thank you guys !!
