I came to toyota in August and Miguel helped me with test driving a car. I didn't go with the car and reached back out in November to ask Miguel with assistance on available cars. Since moving back to the Bay Area, I've taken my car here for every service. I have an affinity for Toyota of Berkeley because I bought my first new-ish car from them a decade ago and they were attentive to customer service and maintained integrity throughout.
