Still don't have my tail light fixed. Notice my last review was 12 days ago. Got tired of waiting so I called them. Customer Rep says, "oh I see your part came in 3 days ago." Yet, no call telling me this. They are "very sorry", though. No, really Albany Toyota is REALLY SORRY. Update! Tail light fixed....61 days after first asking for it. 61 days, 12 phone calls, part ordered 3 times, 2 visits, 2 managers talked to.

The staff were courteous and seemingly helpful. However they attempted to sell me a cosmetically perfect car, which they said had been very well cared for. It had been in a major wreck which could not completely be repaired. Before I was made aware of that by my mechanic I put $1000 down on the car which they said was completely refundable within 3 days. Worst service center ever I recently changed engine oil here and it almost spoiled my whole day. I requested shuttle on Sat morning and driver left voice mail she is leaving now and arrive at 5-10 min. So I was waiting outside for 40 min and she was not coming. She should had to call me when she arrived but she didn't. While I was waiting, I was calling 20 times!! to service center because driver called me private number and they never got a phone call. They should give a business phone to drivers and educated them again.... read more

I initially had a good experience with this service center when they performed work on my car due to a safety recall, which is why I decided to give this place a try when it came time for my car's oil change. I also wanted someone who knew what they were checking for as my car had just hit 100K miles. After I brought my car in, I was told it would be around $100 for an oil change. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The two people that serviced me was Husin and Martin. As a customer, I felt disrespected for my time and money. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. At noon, I called to see the estimated time I can pick up my car. Jasmin picked up the phone and said that it would be done in about an hour. I arrived at 1:45pm, well over an hour and even gave some wiggle room only to find out from Martin that someone decided to put a car in front of me. No one called... read more

HORRIBLE, AWFUL, RUDE, UNHELPFUL, LIERS!!!!. They lied about the condition of the car. don't want to own the fact that they're lying to people. Don't want to fix the problems that the car have. the manager (Mustafa or whatever his name is) is THE WORST!!!! do yourself a favor and don't buy a car here, you'll have a horrible experience and you'll ended up spending more money.

Completely unhelpful and rude. Been here multiple times and each time is a further disappointment. The first time they couldn't even identify that there was a nail in the tire. When I took the car elsewhere, an independent service center said that the nail was blatantly obvious. The Toyota service center didn't even check. Additionally, I had to ask for them to do the recall, which they didn't even mention. Today, I had a flat tire and was towed to the center. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm not impressed by their service. I came in just to get my new key programmed, something I figured would be pretty quick (like 45 mins I was estimating) so I drove there by myself and expected to just wait at the service center until it was done. They didn't tell me ahead of time that it would actually take a couple hours! So trying to be flexible I agreed to let them give me a ride to a nearby shopping center and wait until it was done, which was decent enough service I figured.
