Vehicle due for major service. Price was substantially higher than quoted before work began. No explanation for the difference. Poor shuttle service, waited in showroom for over an hour. On return trip to pick up vehicle, driver was lost, late and then lost again to pick up another customer. Finally get car back with oily smudges on seat and door panel. Now for the really bad part !!
