Everyone knows dealership service centers have to make money. I appreciate that they were willing to itemize and accommodate my request to perform the bare minimum 30k service, which brought the price to an affordable range. Maybe when I'm not a student and can afford to pay a little more for the convenience I'll be happy to look at the rest of the optional services they offered, but I'm just grateful that they gave me a reasonable price today so I can get back to driving safely in the Bay.

This is for the Albany site, repair department. I have a 2010 Prius. They keep it in good shape and are usually proactive about taking care of stuff. After an accident, another body shop got my windshield washer hoses switched so the front one turned on the back and vice versa. The first time I brought it in, Toyota identified the issue and told me they'd have to take the bumper off to fix it. I decided it was too expensive. Great! Their car service seems great, but I expect that. What is very important to me is customer service, which is excellent. They came to my car in line immediately and courteously - instead of expecting me to get out of my car and search for someone to help me. They finished the work before the two-hour time they had indicated, and texted me in the waiting room that my car was ready. Bravo! You have earned my loyalty.

I got my car maintenance done here for the first time and I was hesitant at first. However, my customer representative Martin Lee took great care of me. I did a drop off appointment and he informed me it'll be done by 1-3pm time window but I told him I needed it before 1pm. He got that done an hour earlier and I am so grateful for the informative conversation regarding my car maintenance results. I feel that we often forget other team members working in Toyota that supports the business. Here, I want to thank ramita from the cashiers department to check on a double billing for a Toyota Prius battery part I purchased from Toyota of Berkeley. She looked into the records and got back to me timely. Now I have my money deposited back into my account. Thank you again.

Toyota of Berkeley is my go-to location for all repairs and services! Audrey Johnson has been super helpful as I've had to deal with a recall (and kept having to reschedule the repair). She was super responsive over email and the phone, and very understanding afterward as well - when I had to pick up the car a day late. The service team at the location is also super helpful. As a new car owner, it's really great to have a reliable team with great communication.

The used sales staff were really responsive and respectful (unlike many car sales people). Delila, Rudy and Jas all worked together to help us quickly get a great RAV4 Hybrid. They really worked with us to meet our budget requirements and were super flexible to match our schedule! Thank you!

My car had its catalytic converter stolen. They did everything in their power to get one in as fast as they could. Also they had great communication about keeping me updated and what my status was. Thank you Jason and Su for your excellent service.
