I was helped by Mr. Jas. He was kind and friendly and very professional. The other staff were very friendly also. They took care of all our needs in a prompt fashion and Jas explained the features of the 2017 Toyota Corolla LE we were purchasing thoroughly and succinctly. It's also nice having a little coffee shop right there next to the dealership.
This morning I took my 2012 Venza into Toyota of Berkeley because the left side sun visor had broken off. They parts folks immediately found the replacement part in stock and the manager installed it for me in 5 minutes at no charge. As always, they do a great job on my old car and it continues to run well.

Our family has been happy working with Ray Prasad and his teammates at Berkeley Toyota for 25 years. After filling out a cash offer on KBB I was contacted by Toyota of Berkeley to sell my Tesla model 3. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and super efficient in appraising my car. After going over everything we were able to come to a deal for my car that I was very happy with. I'd recommend them if you're looking to sell your car as well. It was a pleasure working with them.
Time to purchase a used vehicle, these guys were kind, fair, straightforward and didn't push unreasonable charges. They found a crazy-good interest rate for me. Excellent experience. I went to them because of local recommendations from people who I knew and trusted, it was the right decision.
