I recently purchased a new 4Runner TRD Pro from Berkeley Toyota and was pleasantly surprised how smooth the entire transaction went. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for on their showroom floor, and I was already prequalified by BOA so it was just a matter of finalizing the deal. Imad Bouraine was excellent to work with. Fast and professional, but extremely expensive. Brought in the truck for 60K, and they were done in an hour and half. The service is good, but an hour and half of labor cost me nearly $2000? And that's on top of 900+ worth of parts. The spark plugs alone were 145 total and around $700 after labor, which is staggering. While the service was friendly, efficient, and well executed, the daunting price means I cannot imagine going back again.

Our family van was due for a check up and Kent Muon was able to accommodate us right away! He made an appointment for us the same day we called and was able to get our van back quickly. Kent was very helpful and very easy to work with. I highly recommend using Toyota of Berkeley!

Toyota of Berkeley sold me my Corolla Hybrid the beginning of 2022. The sales person was beyond helpful in the set up process for Apple CarPlay and all the safety features. Since then they have serviced the car and done an excellent and prompt job. The service manager, Jason, really helped me out when there was confusion over my wheel and hubcap at a tire store, and I needed a replacement. Rey to the rescue and Berkeley toyota. A confounding and stupid problem with my 2010 Prius 2 today, December 28. My key for the car slipped out of my hand ans seemingly vanished within the car itself and failed to show even after searching with my hand. My phone light and a flashlight all failed too. Damn! My car was now stuck being totally vulnerable to anyone who opened the door. I have been a customer of Toyota Berkeley for 20+ years. I have bought and serviced 2 Prius through them. I wanted to upgrade to new Prius w Backup Camera, App,e Play, etc. while I am still able to understand all the new technology. Hard to find the 2023 or 2024 Prius to test drive, did one the visibility was not to my liking at all. Went to Berkeley Toyota and met this great salesman- Imad Bouraine. I went in to make sure my car was road worthy for my trip to see my parents for the holiday. I left feeling confident that my car was good to go and also, they gave me two for one on windshield wipers because it was rainy and it was the holidays. Thank you, Jason, and all for bringing much needed holiday cheer and care into my day. I will pay it forward! (And, I will most certainly be coming back!)

My 2015 Toyota Prius battery died (which was replaced by AAA), but then my charger wouldn't work. I took it to the Service Center in Berkeley where Jason did a light assessment to determine what was going on. The charger worked when he plugged it in, so while we waited to see if it would hold, Jason talked with me about what might have been going on, what other options I might have to replace the charger, and how I might think about my next car (hybrid vs plug-in vs electric). Lauren helped us out and she was great! She was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Lauren speaks Spanish, so she was able to explain things for my mom. Everyone there was very welcoming.
