I never considered buying a car from Toyota of Berkeley - now it's the only Toyota dealership I would buy a car from. If you get a chance work with Simon, Loc and Kahn - from the negotiation through delivery - it took 90 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership and their employee's for a new car

This is for the service department. A few years ago I switched from a lower cost shop to the Toyota dealership because it's walking distance from my office and my child's daycare. It's so convenient that I roll with the higher costs in exchange for not having to stress about logistics. Plus I get a lot more service than going to a lube shop. Last time they caught a bad wheel bearing that could have stranded me in a highway somewhere. (I mistakenly thought the weird noise was from a loose plastic panel.) Had a great experience getting a tire rotation and oil change with Rakia. Rakia helped me figure out the most cost-effective way for me to do my regular car maintenance, and she was really professional and friendly the whole way through! The maintenance only took 2.5 hours. Very positive experience, I'll be back!

The Sprinter van I could not find anywhere in the country suddenly became available 2 hours before my appointmentto buy a 2019 Highlander with salesman Imad Bouraine The car had already been prepped to leave the showroom floor and the Red Tag sale price had been agreed upon. Time to close the deal but I had to back out since the car to pull the Aliner camper I intended to buy was no longer needed. I don't like to back out of a deal or make life harder on a sales person.
