I have been going to Toyota of Berkeley to receive my on-going first 2 years of free services for my RAV4. I am always happy with the customer service and the quality of the work at this dealership. They are fast, reliable, trustworthy, and great communicators. The shop is also pet friendly! Fun fact: the building is historical, quaint, and beautiful; it used to be a horse barn and the roof and structure are original.

After shopping around at a few dealers in the Bay Area we ended up at Toyota of Berkeley. The entire process was so easy and pleasant. They did not have ANY Hylander hybrids in stock. They exhausted resource after resource until they found me one. They made a deal to trade their last 2021 sienna to get my Hylander. From start to finish was less then 24 hours. We had the cat conv ripped from our 2011 Prius and the insurance paid for a replacement. But they did something to cause a leak that required a dealer fix. They sent it to Toyota of berkeley to fix. But my daughter had planned a trip starting that day, so time was of the essence. Berkeley fixed it right awSy.. we are soooo happy!

We had a great experience when we walked into Toyota of Berkeley earlier this month to look at new cars. We worked with Delilah in sales and Simon in finance, and drove away happy with our experience and purchase. Both were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Yesterday, our new car was side swiped as it was parked on the street, and the side mirror was damaged. My husband brought it back to the dealership and Jason in the service department fixed it with courtesy, goodwill and without question.

I was test driving cars and had a really great experience with David Ha, who was professional, courteous and very understanding with a relatively newer driver like myself. The whole experience was seamless and easy. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for customer-centered advice on buying a car.

These guys are so awesome. Kent has been assigned to my car. It's great to have his direct line which they provide when you drop your car off for service. Kent has taken care of my car once before in the past and he was as awesome today as he was the 1st time. Answers most of my calls but if he's unavailable he calls back within 30min. He got jokes too! He's funny and treats you like family. Good guy! Thanks Mr.Kent for making me smile and taking care of my car and rental.

Melissa Sanchez of Berkeley Toyota provided me with a thorough training session for my new Corolla Hatchback. She answered all of my questions, and pointed out the many features, and how to use them. I was extremely pleased that I was able to learn so much about the car's accessories in a detailed tour of the menus and panels. Professional, patient and courteous service.

I decided to come here to have minor warranty work done. They promised it would be done quickly, as they know exactly what needed to be done. Well....BAM! It was finished up quick, and I was outta there! Why did I pick Toyota Berkeley? Decent yelp reviews and it's located near downtown. Also, the guy on the phone sounded very confident and competent. Great job!
