I've taken my 2006 4runner to this shop for about a year, and am very pleased overall. This week, I just did my 150k maintenance on my 4runner. I *highly recommend* Susiow Saechao if you want someone knowledgeable, fair-minded, and punctual to guide you in vehicle maintenance. He not only used to be a technician himself, but he makes sure to review your cars prior history of maintenance *before* openly suggesting any additional work. Amazing service!!! Thank you Service advisor Jason Clark for saving the day. On the way from SoCal to Berkeley the Prius battery died at a gas station. I thought I drained the battery because I left the air conditioning on and the car started right up with a jump. But in Berkeley, the car would not start up again. Jason fit me into a busy Saturday schedule and got the Prius back on the road in an hour. Thanks again Jason for all your help.

Overall good experience with Toyota of Berkeley. I had my 5,000 miles scheduled maintenance for my 2020 Toyota RAV4. I made sure to make an appt at ~4,000 miles due to COVID- don't know what to expect these days. I made an appt online successfully and a confirmation call. Though, on the day of my appt, I got a call that there was an error in the system- services would be closed the time of my appt so I had to reschedule. I have taken my car to get serviced at other Toyota locations across the country and this by far has been my best experience. Ray was very kind and willing to help me, had great customer service too! And also they were timely, quick, clear and very professional. Would recommend this service center to anyone, even if you don't have a Toyota!

Berkeley Toyota has Integrity. I spent two hours researching which Toyota Dealership had the most integrity in the SERVICE Department. This one shined above the rest in all the reviews. Especially NOY the service manager. She is both super organized and has a big heart. A rare combination. She will try to save you money if possible and will actually go to bat for you researching the best way for you to get the most done in a service appointment with the least amount of money. We just bought a used Toyota Corolla- the used cars are at the Albany location. We had such great help looking and test driving the car with Isaiah, who was so professional, kind, straightforward and easy to work with. Later we did the paperwork with another very professional but easy-going employee, Rudy. We're happy customers- and I don't say that usually!

I purchased my 2013 Toyota Prius SE with 46K miles and only one previous owner back in July, needless to say this review is long over due and I assume the reason behind the delay is because I was still struggling to believe that I had gotten this vehicle for such a good deal. I just had a great experience here from one of the service managers, Jason, who helped us install our roof rack. He went above and beyond. The entire staff were is kind and helpful, both with me and each other. I'm not surprised because since we brought our first Prius here in 2008, we've gotten excellent service.
