As always, I knew I was in good hands when I took my Toyota in for service. The service team has integrity and do a great job. They also provide pick up/drop off within a 5 mile radius, which is so important for the average individual trying to do all the things while servicing their car. We just purchased a 2025 Sienna XSE and found it to be a good experience start to finish. Buying a new car can be a real PIA but these guys made it a pleasant process. I bought a new RAV4 Prime at Toyota of Berkeley in early December, 2024. The experience was as close to perfect as possible. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The deal was made without undo pressure to buy things I don't want. The dealership was amazingly flexible with payment terms. I would definitely buy from them again.
