Went In with no appointment, the only sales person available was already with a customer , Miguel landeros immediately came to greet me and my family and had the car brought to us we came to see while he finished his deal with another customer . Extremely professional and very down to earth , got us a good deal on a used Highlander, everyone we met was really nice . Down to the person who washed the suv for us . She went above and beyond even cleaning the engine bay

This Review is long overdue, and it would'n be rite for me not to praise Alexandra Cansino for her Good work, she always go above and beyond every expectation.Toyota of Berkeley also have some of the Best Staff and customer service that I have experienced at any service dept in years.But! I have been a customer of Toyota of Berkeley since 2013, have purchased two vehicles there and have had all my cars serviced there during this time. This is an operation that understands customer service and I have always been treated well. Khanh, their new car sales manager is excellent to work with and Josh and Jason, service managers of Albany and Berkeley respectively, are always helpful and supportive. Importantly, I have been very happy with my purchases.

Thank you Jason Clark, service manager, for going above and beyond. I came in today trying to find a very well hidden airtag put under the backseat. Jason 's demeanor was so kind and empathetic to my situation. He unscrewed all the parts and took off the backseat to find it! Then asked a mechanic (wish I knew his name) to help and they got a magnet to take it out!! Some heroes don't wear capes! I will be giving them my business even if it's out of the way for me! Amazing Service! Def 5 star. They were super nice, competent & quick. They updated my recalled Air bag something or other & added a free oil change just because the indicator light came on. I highly recommend them. Jason Clark is the manager. Tell him I sent you in. and Im not affiliated with them in anyway.
