Ray is very detailed about different options of the maintenance service. He has excellent understanding of how each of the service improve the car performance. We're very satisfied with the overall experience!

Trevor in Toyota of Berkeley's service department made my day. He greeted me with a big smile when I pulled in at 9am, without an appointment. The new Toyota that I'd purchased just 10 days ago had a light warning to adjust tire pressure. Very disconcerting on a brand new car. Trevor (young man with a beard who greeted me) filled all 4 tires and showed me how to re-set the electronic sensor. He also answered a couple other questions about programming the new car. We purchased a pre-owned gold certified 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE (manufactured in 8/22 with only 11k miles) from this dealership last week. We just purchased a 2025 Sienna XSE and found it to be a good experience start to finish. Buying a new car can be a real PIA but these guys made it a pleasant process. This is especially impressive as they can sell every last Sienna they can get from Toyota. We were on a wait list for months before our model/configuration was available. Warning to all who want service. Berkeley Toyota is a Hugh rip off. They pressure you into paying for services you don't need or Is not required. They charged us for a 30k service when the car only had 7k miles. We asked for a simple oil change. And $700 later....... BUYER BEWARE. BAIT AND SWITCH Update. Worked with service manager to successfully resolve the issue. Am very satisfied with the results and feel they were most responsive and helpful. Feel much better with outcome.

I recently bought a 2024 RAV4 Prime from Toyota of Berkeley. The transaction was as close to perfect as possible. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They didn't apply too much pressure to buy options I didn't want, which included every option except the maintenance package. Ahmad was a terrific salesman.
