Received below average service today, from David. Brought my vehicle in for a recall involving my cars braking system, as well as an oil change. Upon check in, my advisor, David tells me that today's appointment will ONLY consist of an inspection, as they'll need to order parts to complete the ACTUAL repair. I would need to schedule a second appointment once parts have come in. When asked when my car would be ready I was told anytime around 3:00 or 4:00pm. Classic bait and switch tactics. I called in the day before to confirm availability of the Corolla Hybrid lease listed on their website for $260 per month. The salesperson on the phone confirmed that the exact VIN was in stock. I arrived the next day to take a look at the vehicle and they offered me the same car for $380 per month after stalling for 30 minutes behind the counter. It's been a couple of weeks and was debating whether to write a review or not. Then I felt it is my obligation to warn people about this dealership. So I called and inquired about a car. They said it was available and if I wanted to test drive it. I said yes and made a 330 appointment to test drive the car. Called here to rent a car because my car was totaled in an accident the man asked me what car I wanted to rent it I told him I wasn't sure that I was open I didn't have a particular model in mind and his response was "you can't be open if you're looking for a car to buy" I will not be renting from here or buying from here. This is not a good place to get your Toyota serviced. We purchased our RAV4 from this dealership and hoped that we could maintain a good relationship. Unfortunately, we've had several problems and won't return. It had been difficult contacting them (they don't pick up the phone and the voicemail system is broken), the service was below par, and we were sold on a pre-paid service package that we didn't fully utilize due to covid and weren't aware it had an expiration date (it was sold to us as a set number of visits, and I gu... read more

I called to ask about the Rav-4 prime. Basically unable to even say when they would have them in stock. Did not seem interested in my business. They are also marking them up $4k from the MSRP, so beware.

I was interested in a Nissan Rogue. Sent an email about my interest and received a call from Jazwinder. Talked to him for a awhile asking him about delivery of the vehicle. Waited most of the day. He never returned a call or e mail. I e mailed him again. I get a call from Jose. Jose told me the reason the sales person never got back to me was because they were so busy and nobody else was working. Jose wasn't interested in delivering the car in case I didn't like it. I traded my car here back in August with the expectation that I would have 5 years of maintenance services for my new car through Toyota Care. When I took my car in for a check engine light diagnostic they told me it would cost over $200 to have my car scanned. I was told that all maintenance including check engine light diagnostics would be included in my Toyota Care package. Went in and ask the salesperson if they had a market adjustment increase and he said he didn't know what I was talking about. Came back the day after to put a down payment and found they do have a market adjustment increase from 1k to 5k depending on model. Be careful of these guys
