Paid 50k plus for a extended stay unit. Our salesman Matt Brames was fantastic during the sales cycle but that’s where it ended. There were a couple of things listed on a “We owe you” sheet that I took a picture and emailed him. No problem. Happens. He didn’t respond for two weeks so I called and asked him what the status was and he said he was on it. Two more weeks pass and still nothing. Called again. Said he had submitted it. Service does not exist beware
So far the worst purchase experience I have ever had. Didn’t have the coach ready for delivery- when delivering black water tank went all over the guy showing us how to use it. Had loose grey tank and we just wanted it water tested. They told us they did it. When we realized they did not and lied to us. Then they had a busted rim, so they were going to send it to me back in Colorado. They ended up sending the wrong size rim! Then to top it off. I can not register it. My transaction wars done poorly, would not use again.
Just bought our new RV had a couple of very small issues still waiting to get help from service Dept...after you buy it sounds like they wash their hand of you! Their your best friend until you drive away with your new rig after that GOOD LUCK! 🤬🤬
We were treated kindly at first. Once they had our money though, the customer service was non existent.
Buying the RV was easy. It's the service dept that is really, really bad! Takes 3-5 wks to get in there, drop ur RV off they look at your issues, sits there, then it takes weeks to get anything done.The sales dept makes a point to tell you the owner is committed to their c/srv so he put in 16 new bays. If so, then wth does it take wks to get your rv fixed??? I see the bays being used for new sales prep Not warranty or repair work.The whole industry is worthless no customer srv at all.
Sales team great. Jeremy Reeder not so emuch. Damaged NEW $20,000 trailer and his response is poor and not at all customer friendly. Sent detailed pictures of damage and when they sent wrong part he blamed it on someone else, told me to take pictures of what was sent but wasn't interested in talking about what needed to be sent and just hung up on me. WOW buyer beware!!!!!
Quick to take your money...slow to help if there is a problem. Service department is super slow to resolve your issue. Still waiting for it to be resolved.
