We love our 5th Wheel but minor issues that needed attention were not fixed the first service visit and they were not fixed in the second. We live about an hour away and we are refusing to go back. We are making them send replacement parts to our local RV dealer. Even that dealership complained about their customer service or lack there of. Too many details to elaborate on but be warned...their prices are good but service sucks.

We purchased a brand new 2014 33ft zinger. Last year I heard a rattle so I dropped a section of the underbelly and found two big wood wire reals the kind electrical wire is wrapped around. So basically we have been haling there trash around for two years. And just a couple weeks ago the top bunk in the back fell apart. One entire side of the supports came off. This was the biggest mistake we have ever made. Cheapest built thing i have ever seen. I wouldn't buy a role of toilet paper from Terrytown

The service department is horrible. We bought a brand new travel trailer in March. It took over 3 months to get a door that was warped exchanged. We have an issue with our awning that we have been trying to get taken care of since the end of May. Both of these items are under warranty. There is little to no communication from your department on how things are progressing. We have spent way to much time on the phone and sending emails with NO satisfaction. Bought camper over the phone from Mike. Drove two hours to pick it up. Paid cash. Nice orientation. Decided to buy an awning. Brought it home and parked it in storage. Went to pick it up today and it had a flat tire with a RV screw in it. Called Mike and he said we could have picked up the odd shaped screwhead anywhere. I said it was most likely picked up in the bay when it was worked on. Next time I will buy locally where i can get more help and a new tire. $23,000 later and I already have a plugged tire plus tire bills. $... read more

0 Stars for the Service Department. Our buying experience started great with our amazing Salesman Corey Clarke. We purchased a new camper, and after purchase the experience went downhill. There was a constant and total lack of communication with between the sales team and financing. The worst was dealing with the service department. We spent a lot of money at TerryTown and expected to be treated respectfully, but we were treated like a burden to the service department. We went in, shopping for high end fifth wheels and ready to buy/trade up when we found the right one. We were shown some very nice ones, but our salesperson (Joe) was so busy receiving & sending texts that we decided we'd rather work with a true professional. We will not be back. Ever. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

My parents recently paid CASH for a brand new 2016 5th wheel and they very UNHAPPY with the service department and sales department. They took delivery on May 18th by June 5 we have found multiple problems and are getting the run around on getting the problems fixed. They will NEVER recommend Terry Town RV and will never buy another unit from them. We are currently looking to upgrade our 5th wheel on a cash deal and after watching what my parents are going through I will diffently not be looking at Terry Towns inventory. TH... read more
