Delivery to our campground by Josiah was super. Great young man who is very cautious with the camper. We had some issues with the sales and service departments but they were resolved within the first week of delivery. Looking forward to many great years with our new Laredo.
We were there on Saturday to look at The RV's on that lot and not one Customer service guy took the time to speak with us. The receptionist said hello and directed us to the RV's inside and let us know that everyone one out side was locked. We looked inside passed 2 salesman and not one stopped to see if we needed anything, and they were not busy at all, Unlike the Regular Travel Trailer lot who was twice as nice and on the spot to get us help. Supposed new Jayco popup purchased from RV show. Multiple issues with it and we haven't even used it yet. We bought it to use it , Not to pay on something we haven't used and needs repairs.
They wouldn't let me pick zero stars. . We have been here for hours trying to pick up dad's RV. . Customer service and attention to detail is horrible. . Go buy a tent and save yourself.
Wish we would have read all these service department reviews before purchasing our trailer here 2 years ago! Just recently had to utilize the service department for the first time and it's been a nightmare. They cannot even get our phone number correct and that's just for starters. Do Not recommend!
