We have had nothing but problems with this place. We will not be back. The gentleman that did our walk through broke a curtain and it’s still not fixed. If they fixed it we would not be able to use the sofa slide out as it hits the curtain. Price was not what we we told. Main door does not close properly along with the door for the outdoor kitchen. Bought 2018 R-Rod from out of state. Delivery was in the dark of night so I didn't notice the spare tire mounted on the rear bumper was shoved in against the unit and the bumper was bent and welds we're broke compromising the frame. Of the two units available, they sent the damaged one and I'm stuck with 10 years of payments on a new R-Pod fixer upper.
Extremely unhappy with them! Purchased a new Fifth Wheel this winter and first time using it over Memorial Day the awning collapsed and bent in a light rain! Got the run around and little response for weeks. We thought they had ordered the part and but after not hearing back we had to call and email several times until they finally told us warranty won't cover it because all awnings are for shade only! ON 5-10-18 We purchased a 2017 Fifth Wheel, never owned before so still brand new. We went to pick it up, drove 4 1/2 hrs to get there, waited about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs then were taken back to the camper to be told something was wrong with the slide and they could have it done by 5-15-18 and they would deliver since we had driven so far there and back. RecommendedReally unhappy with the service (actually, lack of) at our pick-up. We’ve contemplated the purchase of a new travel trailer most of the winter. At first I was Happy with Everything: Now I am hoping they fix it. I had purchased a travel trailer last September from TerryTown RV. and stored it over winter. Monday (excited to get the trailer ready to use for our first time) I was cleaning and airing out the trailer to find considerable water damage in multiple areas of the floor and frame. Sales force uses Facebook as a deceptive practice in RV pricing. There is a group that offers up a service to consumers to assist them in negotiating with buying an RV, and Terrytown Salesforce uses Facebook to counter this service by making it sound like they provide this service. Not good for the consumer.
Too many small, scams. These legal thieves need to remember the customer is what brings in business. Try to hard to make a dollar instead of a sale.
