we purchased a used fifth wheel through terry town. Greg was good to work with and responsive. we signed our papers only to hear a few days later that the camper we purchased was a year older than we were originally told and they’d overnight the paperwork to us to fix the issue. despite this, I reccomended terry town to family as they were looking for a new camper. they purchased a brand new one, but pickup was delayed due to covid (understandable). they got ‘their’ camper home, only to recieve a call saying this was not... read more

Satellite was suppose to be set for dish network, top lock on door doesn’t work, shower had rv antifreeze on the inside, ice maker doesn’t work, fridge drawer doesn’t work & I only drove it home. Still waiting for return call to get the dish fixed. Dynamax dx3 37 ts & I can’t get service

Do not buy a RV From Terry Town. They do not stand behind what they sell. I purchased a new travel trailer from them, I did not buy a used trailer because I didn’t want to deal with any issues. During the first rain that I had the trailer, water started to pour through the antenna directional control knob. I got out my ladder to look at the roof. What did I find? There were 2 different roof sealants. One was factory applied and one was new. This was vary easy to see with the color differences in the sealants. Also, there was... read more

I want to start this review by saying the sales part of TerryTown is amazing! My husband and I bought a new Forest River Salem from Frank and he was great! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, could always call/text and get through to him and ask all our crazy questions (first time buyers). Truly a great sales experience! We originally were working with Terry Town for an RV repair. Once our insurance approved the repairs we reached out several times through phone calls and emails and never heard back. The RV is from there, so we figured it was the best option. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend them, customer service should be top priority, and it appears to be far from that. I even wrote an email letting them know how disappointed we were and again never heard back.

have the service dept treat you right, & fix the problem that we have had since we bought the fifth wheel last July, & not say " Well, it is what it is". They have had our trailer now four times, & we still have the same problem. It will go elsewhere this time. They have lied to us from the first time it went in for service. The sales dept is great, but service sucks. They had better get it through their heads, that with a poor service department, they will not get repeat customers. The experience seemed great!! Great people smooth transaction until we went to use the camper, we flushed the toilet and there was a terrible smell!!! Come to find out they had never cleaned the tank! THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!!! When you spend over $20,000 for a camper you’d think the least they could do is clean out the tank!
