After experiencing hours long waits and a lack of After experiencing hours long waits and a lack of appointment options at other Ford dealerships for a simple oil change, I went to Tenvoorde - on a weekend, no less. Got an appointment, could check wait times online, and had courteous service. Seriously, I regret purchasing from a different dealership and will literally drive an hour out of my way for service here next time and a no-brainer to go there for my next new vehicle purchase.
