SALES service warranty was done in a timely matter.Requested to be done by noon and it was. Only thing is thought they would vacumm and wash car. But understand it was extremely cold out to wash it. Car pickup service was great

my experience Was the first in the dealership at 7 only to find out that techs don't start till 8, was given a ride home and picked up 3 hours later. Price was moderate but car wash was unavailable and was promised otherwise a good experience.
Retired Geezer Greeted warmly by name (I am a regular customer for The Works & Auto Butler.) As always, I was asked by more than one person if I needed a ride. Got a thorough explanation of what was scheduled including tire and brake inspection and tire rotation. Good coffee and granola bars in waiting area. Cashiers ware friendly and efficient making sure I knew of earned free oil change and rebates. All in all, the experience was all that I have grown to expect; excellent!
Auto Butler and clean up of F-150 Auto Butler and clean inside of F-150. Turned out beautiful, looks like a new truck! Courtesy drop off and pick up was great.
