Service and quick lane are great. Service and quick lane are great. Tenvoorde Ford as a whole, don't trust them.

Purchased a 2020 F150 king ranch We purchased under Purchased a 2020 F150 king ranch We purchased under coating, Paint sealant, We dropped the truck off over night came to pick it up asked if everything was done was told yes. Got home looked under the truck no under coating was done. Truck was dirty so no paint sealant was done. Had to reschedule 3 weeks later. What a scam. I was reluctant to type this as I try to keep things I was reluctant to type this as I try to keep things positive but I was a little frustrated. Upon the work being done (was a scheduled oil change) I went to pay and realized I was overcharged. I had to continually challenge and advise that something is wrong and no way the price is correct. When I talked to the service advisor he said it would be When I talked to the service advisor he said it would be 30-45 minutes; 3 hours later my vehicle was finally put in for a simple oil change. this will never happen again, because I am done.
