Sales experience was absolutely horrendous. Sales experience was absolutely horrendous. Service department was fine but I’ll never go back now that my free one is used. The sales experience I had at Tenvoorde Ford was the worst I have ever experienced. It’s actually kind of unbelievable how hard they tried to distort the numbers in every way possible. Tenvoorde sold me a vehicle that broke down a week later. Tenvoorde sold me a vehicle that broke down a week later. After talking to their service department I was told the part that broke was "luck of the draw" when it comes to passing inspection. While mechanics I spoke with outside the dealership said the opposite. After my last oil change we had oil drip onto our garage After my last oil change we had oil drip onto our garage floor, then within a week the alternator went out on our 2020 Ford F150. The mechanic told us there was oil on the alternator, which was probably the cause of it shorting out, otherwise he's never seen a 4 year old Ford alternator fail. I came in for an oil change and the service tech cracked I came in for an oil change and the service tech cracked my oil pan and didn't install the splash guard back properly. I wasn't made aware of this until I found out, several days later, when there was a big pile of oil on my garage floor. They fixed their mistake but this is now multiple times that a simple oil change hasn't been done correctly from them.

Once you buy and get your money the won't honor there use Once you buy and get your money the won't honor there use car warranty they sent me home with bad breaks the should have been replaced, when they do oil changes the don't do the compete job air filter full of bugs

Quick Lane at Tenvoorde is not quick by any standards. Quick Lane at Tenvoorde is not quick by any standards. They claim they walk-in only, but Tim informed me they do take appointments for the bigger jobs, which explains why their service gets so backed up.
