I was quoted for 4.5 hour job to complete changing a bumper after someone backed into me. After 6 hours I checked in to see the process. Mike has gotten to know me over the past 7 years and I Mike has gotten to know me over the past 7 years and I him. Most of the work has been under warranty or recall.
