During the purchase I requested any of the service During the purchase I requested any of the service records that you have. Or any service work you performed prior to adding the car to the lot for sale. I did not receive any of this information. I feel that the information would have been very helpful to me to keep the vehicle under warranty and in reliable condition.

I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys were great! They explained everything and were very courteous. The only complaint I have was the gentleman that came in with his family. From the minute he walked in, he was rude and condescending to the staff, letting his kid run all over the place. The service manager went back into the shop to talk to his guys and this gentleman made a comment about the service manager that was very off color and that made me ... read more

Brought my truck in for the 10 point check and oil Brought my truck in for the 10 point check and oil change. Mechanic did not properly secure the belly cover which came loose on the way home. The corner tab broke off, making it unable to be resecured. I had to install a metal tab across the cover. Either poor design on Ford's part or a mistake by the Mechanic. Very frustrating
