great service Staff was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk was training and had to wait for help from more experienced staff. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and provided the information I needed in a very respectful manner. The atmosphere was calm and professional.
Great Help The salesman was very helpful. He answered all of questions and helped me pick the car that fit all of my needs. I couldn't be happier with my new focus.

Good experience I had new towing mirrors put on my 2013 f150. And I had problems with my drivers door opening. Did a good job fixing the problem with my door. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back a second time to get it fixed. Thought being it was a new truck that you would have the parts but it worked out.
Got the job done Got the job done. Was a little confusion when I first called in about getting an estimate done for insurance. Thought it'd be a pretty normal thing with car dealerships, to give insurance estimates. But once the confusion was straightened out everything went very smooth
Great serivces, free water, tv to keep occupied. The experience was great as usual. It was just a busy day for you guys, lots of oil changes came in. I did sit there for 1-3 hours, but that again was cause of the amount of customers that came in. You guys do great work, so that is why you're busy. Couldn't be more happy with the service though. Great Job.

Picking up an ordered car We ordered our car. We both would have appreciated the discussions about extended warranties and add on services before we went to pick up the car. We would have had more time to think about them and would have had some of them done before we showed up to pick up the car e.g. Undercoating.
