Everyone was very nice before the sale. Everyone was very nice before the sale. George and I spoke about the warranty on my Jeep and said it would be covered for the 3 year or 36000 miles. After the fact I found out that it was not covered as it was purchased initially in Canada. I believe this is a scam and they should have been up front with me at the time of the sale. I brought this to George's attention and he said he could not do anything because they are a Ford dealership.

As always Mike was courteous and mellow. As always Mike was courteous and mellow. Took care of the issue in modest time and had me on my way... Your whole service staff is great to work with. I believe I have dealt with all at one time or another.

My experience is that Tenvoorde lies and exaggerates My experience is that Tenvoorde lies and exaggerates issues to try and make you spend more money. I reached out to Tenvoorde with my concerns and they ignored me.

I had my vehicle in 15-days prior with the same issue. I had my vehicle in 15-days prior with the same issue. At that time they charged me to refill AC refrigerant. Then asked me to do it again 15-days later for not finding the issue.

First-rate customer service! First-rate customer service! I don't live in St. Cloud. I was visiting my brother when I noticed a panel cover under my car was loose. I called Tenvoorde, and they told me to bring it right in. They looked under the car, and explained that it was a known defect they see all the time. They re-attached the panel, improvising a fastener, to protect the undercarriage of the care. I was impressed and appreciative.
