Or any service work you performed prior to adding the car to the lot for sale. I did not receive any of this information. I feel that the information would have been very helpful to me to keep the vehicle under warranty and in reliable condition.

I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys were great! They explained everything and were very courteous. The only complaint I have was the gentleman that came in with his family. From the minute he walked in, he was rude and condescending to the staff, letting his kid run all over the place. Brought my truck in for the 10 point check and oil Brought my truck in for the 10 point check and oil change. Mechanic did not properly secure the belly cover which came loose on the way home. The corner tab broke off, making it unable to be resecured. I had to install a metal tab across the cover. Either poor design on Ford's part or a mistake by the Mechanic. Very frustrating

Everyone was very nice before the sale. Everyone was very nice before the sale. George and I spoke about the warranty on my Jeep and said it would be covered for the 3 year or 36000 miles. After the fact I found out that it was not covered as it was purchased initially in Canada. I believe this is a scam and they should have been up front with me at the time of the sale. I brought this to George's attention and he said he could not do anything because they are a Ford dealership.
