great service the service on my 2014 ford fiesta was great I like how they give a free car wash with the service. the staff was very helpful and they answered my concern about my coolant level very well.
Extremley pleased with the Service Dept. I was in contact with Chad, Jason, and Dave in the service dept. They all did a great job keeping me updated during the process. We have a F-350 that had a stalling issue and was not easy to find the problem. They contacted Ford direct and even had a Ford Engineer come out to the shop to help find the problem. It turned out to be a frayed wire under the valve cover. I am extremely pleased with their service dept and will be back in the future.
manager Charlie Cady was very helpful full of knowledge about the car and totally satisfied me in helping go thru the car buying process, my first experience with "small " town dealership but I will be back from sales thru the finance great experience !!

Ford Fusion We have a Ford Fusion which we purchased in April, 2014. This was our 6 month visit concerning the Platinum Plus package that we purchased. Everything was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. It was a good visit.

great service at quick lane My battery dies while running errands. Once we got a jump start we went to tenvoorde quick lane. They made arrangements at the end of the day to take my car. They kept it overnight and had it ready by 9;30 am. Great service
