Miles was great! Miles was great! However your book keeping system is not. Our phone number has not been updated and we have asked multiple times. Because of this we had to wait for our licenses plate to be sent to us. Not okay. Update all contact info please.

I called to set up an oil change and the phone transferred over to a woman who could not take my request but said she would have someone call me. I’m still waiting. Sales department does not stand behind their word. Sales department does not stand behind their word.? When I bought my lariat 2018 took it for test ride told the salesman. There’s a problem with the front end we need to have it fixed. They did work on it but it was not solved but he changed the wording said they weren’t going to do anything more about it.. if I am not contacted by 1040s to fix the front end of this truck, it will not ever be back on that lot ever again.
