Worst experience ever would never recommend to anyone Worst experience ever would never recommend to anyone three hours for oil change and when they were done, broke down in their own parking lot

Miles was great! Miles was great! However your book keeping system is not. Our phone number has not been updated and we have asked multiple times. Because of this we had to wait for our licenses plate to be sent to us. Not okay. Update all contact info please.

I told you I didn’t want any more emails. I told you I didn’t want any more emails. I’m responding to yet another one. I called to set up an oil change and the phone transferred over to a woman who could not take my request but said she would have someone call me. I’m still waiting. I scheduled the oil change with Mills Ford in Willmar where I will be going from now on. BTW, I just love your impersonal word counter. We have dedicated people to answer phone calls and make appointments and occasionally they are on multiple calls so we have a rollover answering service that can answer some basic questions and pass your info along for a callback. It sounds like there was a breakdown in our process somewhere if you did not get a call back. Sales department does not stand behind their word. Sales department does not stand behind their word.? When I bought my lariat 2018 took it for test ride told the salesman. There’s a problem with the front end we need to have it fixed. They did work on it but it was not solved but he changed the wording said they weren’t going to do anything more about it.. if I am not contacted by 1040s to fix the front end of this truck, it will not ever be back on that lot ever again.
