I usually don't write bad reviews but this is a warning to others who come here to get their car either repaired or an oil change. I went here for a full service oil change. had to wait 2 hours because they were calling the wrong person (previous owner) tell me the car was done. then when they finally got me they told me several things was wrong with my car and needed to have them fixed. soon as I pulled out my engine light was on I went home very next day on my way to drop off my son to go to dialysis my car overheated. now... read more
Taylor Ford’s service department is the absolute worst! They have had our truck for 6 weeks, and each week we are told it will be ready the following week. The truck only has 50k miles on it and already needed a new transmission. Now, they are refusing to give us a truck to use while ours is still sitting there, UNTOUCHED! We have to cancel our Memorial Day weekend camping trip and will be charged hefty cancellation fees due to it being a holiday. None of this matters to Taylor Ford! The sales staff here may be great; but the service department is the total opposite. They replaced basically the entire timing system on my F150 at 97k miles. At 126k miles they had to do it all over again plus replace the oil pan; 300 miles later a coolant hose blew off on I75 that I ended up fixing by reattaching the hose and moving the original pinch style hose clamp into its proper position and filling it up with bottled water I had. My 3 brothers and I have been loyal Ford customers when they were still at Jorgenson. 16 years we have given them business without the slightest inconvenience to them. I had a transmission issue in a brand-new edge, and they charged me 700$ for parts and 1500$ for labor. Not a discount for loyalty, no warranty (17,000 miles), nothing. They treat you like family when you're purchasing but in reality, you're just another number. Safe to say I will never step foot in another Ford dealer.
