I was having issues with my car and I brought it to them and i had help from Martin. Him and his coworkers helped me understand what was going on with my car and they fixed it within a day. Great service and great people. Definitely recommend this place if your car needs services :)
Ok. I can only give you my review based on my experience with their service department in particular my service rep Christian. I brought my 2022 Ford bronco in for a problem with the driver side window, which would not roll up all the Way. I had made an appointment the night before and was told that they had an opening the next day at 8:45 AM. These guys are knowledgeable and great! I was test driving a used Ford from a near by used car dealership that I was concerned about. I drove into the service department at this dealership and they put me in touch instantly with the Shop Foreman, Jose, who walks with me to the car, scanned it to detect any concerns, and then drove it around the block with me to listen to my concerns. He went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable. I am so impressed! Thank you, Jose!

It's never fun having to get car work done, however, this is my favorite dealership. Shocked at the bad reviews. They are a super busy service dept, but they take good care of me everytime. If ever I've had an issue Manny makes it right. Patience is important these days and I appreciate how they juggle a crazy busy dealership.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've never experienced the amount of genuine kindness and honesty from any other service center. I was having trouble with an engine light on my focus and a few other issues with the acceleration. Manny from the service department kindly and patiently listened to my concerns. After speaking with one his mechanics, he was able to find the parts I needed AND scheduled me an appointment within 2 days!
