Took my car in for service Saturday morning and got the The works special. Sam Davis was my service advisor. She was friendly, cordial and professional. It is the way every service advisor should be. The dealership itself is upscale and the coffee is delicious. Having been to many dealerships for service, the check in process is quick and smooth.

I have a ford e250 propane which broke down and I had to get it repaired. Being a propane vehicle, Star ford and I had to work with the 3rd party company that converted the e250 into propane which took a long time due to understaffing of that company and the shipping times but the dealership representative who helped me was martin Magallanes. Amy Blank is the girl to go to if you need anything done in there service department!!!! If I could leave her over 5 stars I would. So far I've brought my mustang to see her twice and she has treated me like a VIP BOTH TIMES. I texted her personal line the second time to make the appointment instead of calling . Much easier. And she was very responsive. I will be back Star Ford!

When the dealership is the only option and you are forced to take your vehicle in you can bet it will not be cheep and in my case this was the case. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted promptly by Seta Alexanian (sp). Seta very quickly checked in my 2011 Lincoln MKS and informed me they would need the car overnight then called for a lyft to take me home. This review is for Star Ford and specifically Mark Aghili. Mark helped us purchase a ford lightning and he made it the most amazing experience. Mark is so kind, pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and caring. He made our experience a 10/10. He always kept us informed and made each step of our journey a great one. We can't thank Mark enough. The whole team when we went to pick up our pickup was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. We are so grateful for all of Star Ford! This is the place to go!

Buying a new car can be stressful. Not at Star Ford, in Glendale!! From the time we were greeted in the showroom until our final signature on our new vehicle, it was an excellent experience! The entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable, making our purchase fun and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all our friends for any car needs!! Thanks, Star Ford!

I was having issues with my car and I brought it to them and i had help from Martin. Him and his coworkers helped me understand what was going on with my car and they fixed it within a day. Great service and great people. Definitely recommend this place if your car needs services :)

Ok. I can only give you my review based on my experience with their service department in particular my service rep Christian. I brought my 2022 Ford bronco in for a problem with the driver side window, which would not roll up all the Way. I had made an appointment the night before and was told that they had an opening the next day at 8:45 AM. These guys are knowledgeable and great! I was test driving a used Ford from a near by used car dealership that I was concerned about. I drove into the service department at this dealership and they put me in touch instantly with the Shop Foreman, Jose, who walks with me to the car, scanned it to detect any concerns, and then drove it around the block with me to listen to my concerns. He went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable. I am so impressed! Thank you, Jose!
