I had to return a leased car near Star Ford, and while in there, I inquired about deals for a new lease. No deals and the GM sat me down and said, "This deal is good only for today, I will not offer it once you walk out". That's gaslighting. I replied, "I will think about it." Since when is a deal made, and you have to decide right there and then? And the tone of his voice was, "Hey lady, I know what you need, and you don't or can't think for yourself". One of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. Unlike other dealerships where salesmen are hassling you as soon as you hit the lot, the folks at Star Ford were laid back and easy to talk to. I was in the market for a hybrid truck but when they did not have the model I wanted, I walked away without any issue. That spoke volumes because usually most salesmen try and undercut you and sell on something else where they can make commission on. Took our car in for routine maintenance, oil change and such. Turns out I needed an engine cleaning because they found rodent droppings . So, I scheduled the cleaning for the next day. They came and picked up the car, cleaned the engine and brought it back. Amazing! Then, about a month later I needed a new battery (they recommended it during the routine maintenance, but I said no). Their guys came out as scheduled and brought me a new battery! I absolutely love this service. I love that service. They are the best.

Took my car in for service Saturday morning and got the The works special. Sam Davis was my service advisor. She was friendly, cordial and professional. It is the way every service advisor should be. The dealership itself is upscale and the coffee is delicious. Having been to many dealerships for service, the check in process is quick and smooth.

I have a ford e250 propane which broke down and I had to get it repaired. Being a propane vehicle, Star ford and I had to work with the 3rd party company that converted the e250 into propane which took a long time due to understaffing of that company and the shipping times but the dealership representative who helped me was martin Magallanes. Amy Blank is the girl to go to if you need anything done in there service department!!!! If I could leave her over 5 stars I would. So far I've brought my mustang to see her twice and she has treated me like a VIP BOTH TIMES. I texted her personal line the second time to make the appointment instead of calling . Much easier. And she was very responsive. I will be back Star Ford!

When the dealership is the only option and you are forced to take your vehicle in you can bet it will not be cheep and in my case this was the case. I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted promptly by Seta Alexanian (sp). Seta very quickly checked in my 2011 Lincoln MKS and informed me they would need the car overnight then called for a lyft to take me home. This review is for Star Ford and specifically Mark Aghili. Mark helped us purchase a ford lightning and he made it the most amazing experience. Mark is so kind, pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and caring. He made our experience a 10/10. He always kept us informed and made each step of our journey a great one. We can't thank Mark enough. The whole team when we went to pick up our pickup was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. We are so grateful for all of Star Ford! Buying a new car can be stressful. Not at Star Ford, in Glendale!! From the time we were greeted in the showroom until our final signature on our new vehicle, it was an excellent experience!
