I initially had concerns about a quote I received for a major fix needed for my car. It was an expired warranty issue on work that had been done previously. The service manager (Manny) heard my complaints, I was frustrated, and he agreed to work with me on the cost. I am so glad I decided to move forward with the repairs. Sasha was so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase! He spent the time to make sure I was familiar with all trim levels of the car and the features included, provided many quotes with different variables until I found a financing option that worked for me, and answered all my questions. My new location for servicing my pony car. Fast and friendly service department with a nice waiting area. My service advisor Nelson makes sure my vehicle is in tip top condition. Also looking forward to buying my next Ford here. The lot is always stocked with new Mustangs, Mach-e's, Broncos, F-150s, etc. Thank you Nelson and the Star Ford Team.

My Ford Bronco was in need of service so I came here. Let me tell you service was amazing. Everyone was very kind. Highly recommend Christian Aghakhanian he was very nice and helped us out. Car was ready in one hour. Highly recommend would come back.

Had a great experience buying my Raptor from Andy! Andy was amazing at making us comfortable and getting the truck in the right price range. The best part was he made it an experience for the kids too. Andy remembered their names and made them feel included in the buying part! And they really will work with you to get the sale and willing to negotiate. overall 10/10 experience will definitely be sending more business their way

I'm upping my stars for this place. It would've been a pleasant experience but: Salesman and car wasn't ready at our agreed appointment time. They pulled that "let me speak to the manager" crap back and forth for a couple of hours, last minute extra fees, that almost was the end of the deal, didn't give us the appropriate owner's manual for the car. I had my first experience in Service department today and it was great! This is where I will be having my new Bronco Sport serviced for the years to come and my first impression was terrific. I ordered a part from their parts department where Francisco helped me out. Then I went to service and Sam greeted me (along with another friendly gal) but Jose was "the man." We went to just look and drove off on a great SUV. They offered a reasonable offer, tricked it a little and had a great deal. Vernon was very straight forward, we didn't feel pressured or that we were taken advantage of. Conrad explained the documents in detailed and got a great warranty. Martin over at Star Ford service has been nothing but helpful towards my services for my Ford Bronco. Whatever I need he's able to take care of it. If there's something that they currently don't have in stock he'll give me a date when they will and gets everything done quick! Thanks again for being great Martin!
