Had the pleasure of working with Andy, scheduled to see a truck he had everything ready when I showed up. I ended up trading my old truck and purchasing my new truck I want to thank everyone for staying late almost 2 hours after the dealer closed to do paperwork. Overall great experience very friendly environment with all the employees and managers. 100% would recommend purchasing from star ford Lincoln. Appreciate all the prompt responses and answers to my questions, Thank you Andy!

I was ready to get a new car and knew exactly what I wanted. I was recommended to Andy and Brian at Star Ford, so I went to the dealership and met with them. I told them I wanted a new Ford Explorer ST model, Silver with the middle seat bench model not pilot. Apparently, the new models come with pilot middle seats, they explained that in order to get the bench seat I would have to build my own Explorer through their website, which I did. 5 stars for Andy & Chet. In my search for a great lease deal and some kind sales associates, Andy was by far the best. He was kind and patient and answered all my questions. Chet was flexible and worked with me to close the deal. I was really happy to keep my business local. All around a great experience. I feel really good about my new Mach-e GT. Definitely talk to Andy if you're in the market for a new Ford.

Amazing customer service, Sarah my service advisor is the best, by the way they all great but this lady is exceptional. She will follow up with everything text and call even she provided the car wash and delivery of my Broncos to my house. She will follow up precisely on everything. I initially had concerns about a quote I received for a major fix needed for my car. It was an expired warranty issue on work that had been done previously. The service manager (Manny) heard my complaints, I was frustrated, and he agreed to work with me on the cost. I am so glad I decided to move forward with the repairs. Sasha was so helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase! My new location for servicing my pony car. Fast and friendly service department with a nice waiting area. My service advisor Nelson makes sure my vehicle is in tip top condition.
