Do not take your car to this dealership. They kept our car for just under a month without providing any communication to us, or even ordering parts for our car. They routinely lied and claimed our insurance agent was unresponsive despite our agent’s repeated outreach to Matt H. Wanted to mention one thing. I have been a Kia customer since the days of Ryan Kia and have leased or purchased many cars. This is the first time a free first oil change was not included. I assume this is not a curtesy anymore. I think it is a good practice and should be reinstated.
Could be more proficient with work done on cars. Needs more knowledgeable employees at this site.
My lease was up in August and I am currently going thru a divorce and my ex is very sick they will not help in anyway to get the papers approved so I had to extend my lease and now my mileage is over the 30,000. I was going to purchase the vehicle out right but now but now I may just return and purchase else where.
Service starting to get bad. I took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. I was told i needed an alignment. I was there for 4 hours to only get a oil change and no tire rotation. They were going to let me pay for it but i watched the whole process. They are not honest and I'm sorry to say that. I don't know if i want to take my car back there.
I was truly disappointed how could both the headlights not working after the service was done on the radio part??? I did not drive in the night until 2 weeks later and only then I realized. Then I was away on vacation, so now I am back, I am making a complaint. And I hate driving up to your workshop for service and have to wait for 3-4 hours to get things done. Your mechanical maintenance guy must have fiddle something to set off both the headlight. I need a feedback from you.
I had my car inspected and now my car pulls to the right when I press on the brake petal.. I called back for assistance and no one has returned my calls.. So I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with Scott Kia’s service dept..
What a rotten experience I had with Scott Kia's service department & manager. The trickery, double talk & condescending attitude were a disgrace...AND they lost a sale, because last Thursday night I found a used car that I loved. The deal will now NEVER happen & I will NEVER return to Scott Kia for anything !! I speak the truth and I have open communication with over 5,500 employees in my firm. "TRUTH BE TOLD" I always say.
