The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced Unbelievably overpriced for any kind of maintenance or repairs.Making up fake mechanical problems trying to get you to get something repaired that doesn’t need repairs.

We experienced Awful service. Would not recommend or return to this dealership. We felt that we were being scammed into spending extra money. There was very poor communication and even worse follow up. We even had to reach out to Kia USA due to our concerns and lack or response.

I’ve been looking to sell my Jeep. I decided to see the value so I checked KBB, after seeing the value it asked me to do an instant offer, so I did. 3 dealerships came up, Scott Kia was one of them. They were the closest one to me so when they called me I scheduled an appointment with them. They then called several more times to make sure I was coming to my appointment. I brought my car in because I had front driver wheel damage. Repairs were made without my consent. No one explained to me what was needed to repair my car. I got the bill and there were items put on the car that no one divided with me before hand. I had one wheel damage and they put two new tires on my car. The damage was to one tire but they took it upon themselves to put two new tires on my car. Nothing was ever discussed with me prior to repairs.

Service department is unresponsive, Kia does not stand behind their vehicles. The service departemnt gives you a run around. Steve the service manager is not helpful.

The service department is terrible to deal with, if your car has an issue they can't give you a straight answer. They have had our car for over a month and can't get issues resolved. Steve Lamonaca doesn't respond to any messages I have left.

Scott Kia will not honor engine defect which has been litigated. Caused extra damage to oil pan and exaggerated repair costs.

This dealership is horrible & unprofessional. They are not accommodating. The managers are rude & arrogant. They inconvenience the customer & do not compensate.

Went to purchase a car at the dealership. I was trading in two vehicles.Sales associate asked me to sign a piece of paper indicating price per month and term of the lease. after agreeing to the price and the term I signed her paper. the sales manager also signed the paper. Removed all items in both vehicles. Also had to have a friend of mine pick me up and go back home and get the other vehicle. Transferred insurance.
