Buyer BEWARE. Jim McDonald the GM at this Kia dealer is Argumentative, doesn't take ownership for the dealers adds, mistating miles on cars and even condition after the Kia certified inspection. Went there to buy a Tulluride advertised on the internet. Broken tail light and miles not correct none of this was their problem. Two tires changed but others passed said Jim McDonald the Kia General Manager. AWD with just two tires changed. His reply, " Not going to put any more money into it" Time to move on!!! Was promised 2 oil changes when I bought the car, I got nothing I’m pissed
I leased a car in early April. We were told about 2-3 weeks wait for our registration. A month goes by and nothing. The salesman who leased our car got in touch withy husband saying that they have been trying to get in touch with him for a while, they messed up the paperwork. He called in and three times the woman he spoke to repeated his number back incorrectly. Not once, did anyone call me and I was on the lease. Did not wash my car after oil change. They do. It have a loaner car for my husband we been waiting for 2 weeks. They don’t care about their customewrs
Tried to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee just to replace a bulb in my headlight.
Giving 1 star so I can write the review. Ran into the most unprofessional some sale specialist at Scott Kia Of Springfield. Lack of customer service. Please hire someone who would be a better fit not just a random person who doesn't qualify for the job.
We were very disappointed in our experience with Scott Kia. It all started out good when we arrived on 2/24/24 to check out two Tellurides they had on their lot. We found out from Vinny, the salesperson, that the black one had been taken home for the weekend by Steve, the manager, but the blue one was on the lot. It had a sold sticker on the front windshield. They sold a car out from under me after i put down $1000. It was arriving to dealership 3/9, so i called that day. I texted and email the dealership but no one replied. Week later the salesman "got back from vacation" and informed me the car had been sent to another dealership. So I would caution anyone using them to buy your car. Untrustworthy.
Price more than told over phone. Wait time twice as long. Were 8 $ short at check out had to wait for family member to bring that amount. Could have billed us. Bought car there. Will not buy another car there or take in for inspections or check ups.
