Lied to get me back in there. I stopped in and spent much time with Keith. We were unable to come to a deal I was comfortable with so I finallly left on good terms. However, Keith called me back late afternoon the following Saturday stating that he has figured out a way he could get me in the car with two options. He said they really need to get rid of these 2019 cars so they were offering more discounts. Delay, Delay, Delay I will start my review with Dan McGrath. He is a very personable individual that went out of his way to see that we got a great deal with the used car my son was looking at. That will end the complementary part of the review. I had to wait for almost two and half hours to get in to see Kristen to complete the paperwork for the vehicle. Sucks This dealership extremely SUCKS!!! For 1 I was turned down for a Kia Forte here, to only go straight over to the Kia of Cherry Hill and get approved with only $100.00 down for my Kia.. 2nd my mother just walked in here 3 days ago and got turned down, to only walk next door to Mitsubishi and walk off with a nice Highlander Sport (SUV)..Last but not least my sister in law was there several months ago and got turned down for a SUV to only go to Nissan 2 days later and walk off with the Rouge.. 100% regret getting a car from here. I was send a customer service survey via email a day or 2 after getting my car and I filled it out positively. I wish I would have waited to fill it out. I was told by chuck Simpson that i would be receiving a check in the mail for the value of the car I traded in - a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. It’s been a month and a half and I have no check and chuck is not responding to me. I feel like this “check” doesn’t exist and I was told I would get one to convince me to buy the car. RUN!!!!! This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I bought a “certified” 2016 Kia Sorento here at the end of November- pretty sure they bought the car off someone else within 6-24 hours of selling it to me as the car was never even detailed. I buy from dealerships for a “certified” car however what I was sold feels very much like I bought it off Jim Bob’s lot. I bought the car from a super slick talking, lying sales guy even. The Service Department are practically criminals! I took my new Kia to their dealership a year ago in December, because it was having issues starting sometimes in the morning. They ran and charged me a diagnostic fee and said they couldn't find anything wrong and I should just use a higher-octane gasoline. Almost one year to the date I took my car to them? The check engine light comes on. They run and charge me another diagnostic fee and they tell me that I need $5,000 for new engine due to oil sludge. They said that Kia wou... read more

I felt deceived and taken advantaged of They provided zero customer service and left me feeling upset and degraded . I felt as they could care less about my business after 3 leases and servicing my cars there .

Service upsells Service dept telling me tires must be replaced find out recommemded not required Decieving Pretty sure when purchased used car 5 months aho told tires were new

Very bad experience I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if you're smart find another dealer . They offer one thing and then give you something else and will lie to you .
