If you are looking for personal service, honest answers and feedback, and a truly pleasurable dealership, Glens Falls Toyota is the place you want to go! My husband and I have been working with them for more than a decade, and we moved further from the dealership, but still choose to maintain that relationship. These folks are fair, honest, and will work with you to meet your needs.

I had a problem with the dealer that was described in a previous post. I contacted the owner using the email provided in a card and letter he sent after purchasing the truck. The problem was immediately dealt with and corrected. Fast turnaround on the issue and things are fine now.

Jim and Eric both are great easy to talk to guys that go out of their way to make sure you are given great service and fair pricing. They service my '07 Tundra and my '93 Camry of which the Tundra I purchased from them. Eric even helped me get a grant towards my college tuition and Jim dropped the price on a set of tires below what another local retailer was selling them for. These are just a couple examples of their genuine care for their customers.

The people here are very friendly and even helpful, just pray nobody comes in with cash an hour after you start doing paperwork. Apparently, you can just do that now. They wont take a deposit, but they sure will get the car ready for you, let you test drive it, all for a finance dude to come out with the biggest smile on his face to tell you it ain't happening. Terrible experience. They took my deposit for a specific car, and after making arrangements to come for the car, they sold it to someone else . Mike blamed it on a mistake due to mismanagement, while Dale wrote to me that it was "based on a decision made by our general manager". They weren't embarrassed contradicting each other and there was no remorse.

Unacceptable Service and Refusal to Honor Warranty on a Defective Brake Caliper I recently visited Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls regarding an issue with my 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid. The car currently has just 20k miles, and I discovered a serious issue with the brake caliper that appears to be a factory defect. After buys numerous used and new cars. I recently bought a car from Romeo Toyota and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Mainly, they have the worst and slowest service department I have ever experienced. Also, after driving the car for only 2 days, major problems happened and they tried to blame me for it. Great Sales Pitch/Totally Fake Results Bought a Prius Prime from Romeo Toyota/A major part of the sales pitch was service and car loaners. In three years never could get a car loaner for service, Today I was guaranteed one for 8:00 dropoff for service and pick-up a loaner and got told none available and we have a lot of cars ahead of you to service.
