This is my second experience with GF Toyota, and with Mr. Dockum. After my first lease, I expected no problems with the second, and was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The terms were better than I expected. I was in and out in not time and got my car the next day. I'm sure I will be returning and this lease's end. I also am very pleased with the service dept. at GF Toyota.
Everyone there was helpful, friendly, smiling (I was even given some candy!!)--they went out of their way to make sure you left there a happy camper. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle--tell them I sent you!!!
I usually buy my cars in albany but a friend recommended I usually buy my cars in albany but a friend recommended that i go glens falls toyota. glens falls is a smaller dealership than i usually go to but they had the exact car i was looking for. I felt the deal i made was verygood. Gabrielle Smith was very knowlegeable about both cars i test drove. on the delivery gabrielle explained all options on the car. this dealership has all professional people and i rate them at the top. i will be back for my next car.
I test-drove as much as I needed to. The salespeople were very knowledgeable about the details of each car. They conveyed the feeling that they wanted to accommodate me and provide what I needed. At delivery, the saleswoman, Gabrielle, went through the paperwork slowly and clearly and she showed me the details of the new car's features in detail. (Also, she set up the Bluetooth system in less than a minute!) After the sale, the dealer followed-up with letters and phone calls, to make sure everything was OK.
My husband met Colleen Pitkin at Glens Falls Toyota in the spring, when we were not yet ready to buy. In spite of that fact Colleen spent a lot of time with Ed and made a very favorable impression on him. When I was ready to purchase my new car, we went to Toyota and asked for Colleen, who was busy with another customer. The Glens Falls Toyota dealership is a home town dealer .
