I have to tell you I am very disappointed in the direction this dealership has gone since switching owners. Glens Falls Toyota was a no nonsense dealership that took care of their customers. I was even willing to pay an extra point or two because they were a small business that looked out for the customer We put a deposit on a nightshade 4 runner in July that we just found out ( October) was never ordered. We are obviously just a number to Romeo. We are now a number you can not count on for a no hassle sale and service.

We did not have the positive experience here most seem to have had. We had to wait two weeks for a service appointment, but after telling them precisely what the problem is we which needed attended to (handbrake and inspection + an oil change), they then charged us $105 for an oil change and to be coldly informed that they did not have the parts to fix our RAV4, and they sent us on our way with a then expired inspection. We realize you had a good idea of what needed attention on your RAV4 and what we found is that many times it isn't what it appears to be, hence we do a diagnosis to make sure that is the problem. We also do not want you to drive with an expired inspection sticker; having a copy of the Repair Order should suffice if you got pulled over. called re purchasing a new vehicle and salesperson answered with serious disinterest in talking to me. I questioned her attitude and was told she was “really busy with customer calls and asked “How can I help you” with anything but a helpful tone. I told her I was interested in a new car but would not be buying one from her! Her attitude is lousy for someone in the sales industry!
My daughter took the car there on Thursday, the technicians cleared the alert out of the memory but it came back again on Friday. My daughter called on Friday to try to get the car in on Saturday but the woman said they could not give her a quote until Monday. My daughter needs to take the car back to school on Sunday. So I spent this money to have this issue corrected but it has not been corrected. My daughter will have to take the car to someone else out in Buffalo.

Tried to gouge us on price We were looking to purchase a new 2020 Tundra 1794 Edition from Glens Falls Toyota, as we used this dealership for our purchase of our 2018 Highlander. The sales agent, Joe Taylor was very helpful during our previous purchase. I went to the dealership and Joe wasn't in, so I came back on the next day to get the very best price on the Tundra we wanted. Inconvenient I’ve had 2 issues with this dealership. First off I went there one day browseing the lot because I was looking to trade in my truck for something bigger. Walked around for 10 to 15 mins before leaving because no one came up to me. All other dealerships I’ve visited I’ve had someone come up to me within minutes. Second issue was that it took 2 hours for an oil change 2 of the 3 times I was there for service. Probably won’t be going back.
