Very poor service follow up review. To follow up with my previous service review/experience at Glen's Falls Toyota. I was contacted by Jim the service manager who wanted me to give him a second chance. Mind you I already had lost complete trust because of how he lied to me, did not fix the issue and tried to get me to buy parts suggesting that the shop I originally took it to had never replaced. Extremely bad experience with service. I'm the kind of guy who gives credit when credit is due and if I've been wrongly treated I will make sure everyone I know hears about that as well. Now; back in 2007 my wife wanted the new Fj Cruiser. I explained as cool as they are we need to wait a year and let Toyota fix any bugs etc.. Read the fine print when you lease Bought one car, turned in then leased another, never had a late payment..Turned in and waited for inspection report ..Had 22,300 miles on it and had normal wear and tear..Did not buy or lease again..Got report registered mail and found out they had found all these so called issues the had to fix along with a stained backseat ( always had a seat cover on) but the car was on the lot within a few days shy of 2 weeks since turned in..Also had a $350 disposition charge! $100 repair bill! Toyota Financial Services plainly states, on their contract that the lessee is responsible for excess wear and tear, excess mileage, and for a $350 disposition fee IF the customer does not turn in the vehicle AND lease or buy another vehicle and finances it with Toyota Financial Services. Poor service department I recently took my vehicle in because the car was having difficulty shifting/idling. The first time I was in they adjusted the throttle. When the symptoms continued I took the vehicle back and they claimed to have checked the transmission for leaks as part of investigating trouble. They found the vehicle was 3 quarts low on fluid but could not identify a leak. Nobody called me I had an appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday morning for an oil change. I dropped my car off early and went home. After sitting around with no word or update about my car I called the dealership around 12:30, figuring it did not take 4 hours for an oil change.I was told that the service department left at noon. I asked if anyone was planning on letting me know, to which I did not get an answer.

You should have been told at the time you dropped your car off that the Service Department closes at noon, and you could have come back by noon to pick your car up, no phone calls required by us or you. Very Poor Customer Service This is the 3rd time I’ve left my Tacoma all day and at the end of the day the work wasn’t completed. No courtesy phone call as a heads up either. I specifically called one week in advance to discuss 3 items; oil change, spray the underside/frame due to no rust perforation from previous inspection and check the propeller shaft universal joints. disappointing service experice, resolved I brought my 2009 Camry in on July 10 because a heat shield fell off and I wanted it checked to make sure there was nothing else about to fall off. Friendly but incomplete service Service requested: tire puncture repair, oil change, engine splash guard repair, tire rotation on 2007 RAV4. Outcome: My first visit to this dealership because we are from Texas visiting our daughter in Scroon Lake's Seagle Music Colony for the summer and I was having work done on her RAV4.
