Mr. Wattie was very professional and helpful with my purchase of my second Rav4. This is the first time that I have returned to the same dealership. The service department is great also which helped me want to return to Glens Falls Toyota. It will not be the last time that I go there!!

My husband and I just bought a new Toyota Prius C. From the initial phone call my husband made, this dealership was friendly and responsive. All of our questions were answered in an expedient and clear way. Each person we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. (Oh, and I LOVE my new beautiful, red Prius C!!!)

I have been to 2 2011 bmws, 1 2012 jeep wrangler, and 1 2012 fiat 500 abarth, and none of those dealers can compare to Glens Falls Toyota! 5star service from start to finish. I will most definitely go back there, and recommend all my friends to do the same! thank you GFT staff!

The whole experience of ordering and buying a hard-to-find Tacoma model (dark blue, 2WD) went as well as could possibly go. Almost seemed too easy! Keep up the good work.

Directions for writing this review say "Please be descriptive as possible" but I can only think of one word to say, wonderful. Mr. Curley was incredibly informative about the process of buying my new car and Ms. Smith was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process fluid and stress free! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about buying any new or used car.

Everyone was friendly and were committed in giving us a good car buying experience. We had gone to another dealer a few days before and the difference was night and day. Having looked up on the web what was reasonable for our trade-in and for what we should pay on the new car, I was surprised that they gave it to us on the first offer.
