returning call and breakdown of labor costs called to set up an appointment left message, no return call. Called the next day for estimate on new tires but no, left message but they did not call back. Did have work done would like to see the labor cost broke down.

Unhappy with the Service Dept Ladys please read.See Tina for a professional experience purchasing a car. But when you need to deal with the service part you need to watch out . My wheel needed repair and after three times with my trunk not locking . ( all covered under my protection plan ) Jim the service mgrs unprofessional is uncalled for . I now need body work done . UPSET OVER THE DETAILING OF THE CAR I purchased the car went to put the license on. The driver side was detailed good, the inside was good. Now the passenger side was not even done. There was mud splattered up on the side- the door. The rear door had a mark about a foot long on it , needed to be compound. They had to send it back to the detail shop which they did do the passenger side, which turned out good. Promises, Promises. Buying the car was the easy part. Picking it up was a different story. The car was on the lot and we asked to have two options added to it, cross bars for the roof rack and remote start. They told us "no problem". When we went to pick up the car five days later, "Sorry but the service department never got around to installing the options, and the car isn't registered yet". We ended up taking one of our other cars for the weekend trip we had planned and picked the car up the following week. Not a great way... read more

We screwed up. The Highlander was supposed to have a remote starter and cross bars installed for a 9:30 AM delivery. We did not have the vehicle ready with the required parts until 3 PM the afternoon of delivery. When the salesperson realized it was not going to be ready by 9:30 AM, she called the customer to let them know. The salesperson went out and picked up a box of chocolates to try and apologize for the delay. The manager on duty offered to give the customer a complimentary loaner for their use for the weekend. CAR LEASING EXPERIENCE THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN AQUIRING A NEW MOTOR VEHICLE MUCH OF IT DUE TO BILL DOCKUM. BILL WAS PATIENT AND CLEAR IN EXPLAINING THE FEATURES OF THE CAR AND THE LEASING ARRANGEMENT THAT WE HAD NEVER DONE BEFORE. Worst ever beware!! Honestly I am shocked by the high reviews of this website. I never do reviews but I was compelled to do it this time. People should be warned that they will be lied to and cheated and stolen from. I will list 3 different instances. 1) I was calling around looking for the best deal I could get on tires for my Toyota tundra. *** "Certified" wreck *** Bought a "Certified"," never before been in an accident", vehicle from them at book value. One month later, found out the vehicle WAS in a prior accident. After PROVING prior accident to them, they appraised vehicle $7,300.00 lower than what they sold it to me for, a month earlier. They refused to refund me any money for the corrected vehicle value, laughingly saying "Buyer Beware".

We are never pleased that a customer is dissatisfied, and we never laugh at a customer’s distress. We did sell this customer a Certified Toyota vehicle, and part of the certification process is getting a Carfax report. The report on this vehicle indicated no history of accident damage, was the only source of such information we had, and we shared the report with the customer. I bought my new Toyota Prius from GF Toyota in 2008. It has been a very good car with no major issues. I've always had all maintenance done at the dealership. Recently I received a letter from the dealership saying they would like my vehicle on trade for a new one. The letter went on saying they were ready to offer me up to $12595 for my car and would do whatever it takes to get me into a new car at or below my current payment. nyfiero and I exchanged a number of emails. I apologized for the reviewer's unhappiness and offered an oil and filter change for their trouble, which was declined. When we sent out the mailing, the letter said the estimated value is "depending on miles and condition". On the second page of the mailing, it stated "estimated Black Book market value is based off of clean vehicle condition and mileage. Equipment and condition of vehicle may affect vehicle value". After bringing my 2003 Tundra in for the scheduled frame inspection per Toyota's recall I was told by Jim Stegman (the Service Manager) that the frame would need to be undercoated...but their equipment was down at the moment. He explained he should be able to assist me in a month. I was a little concerned with their customer service when he said "if his department did not call me when the machine was fixed that I would need to call in about a month". We dropped the ball when we did not call him before he left home in the biggest snowstorm we had in the last two years to tell him he should not drive in to have his truck frame scraped and sprayed per a Toyota Recall.
